Our Staff:
The Birker Kitchen is co-owned and operated by two best friends, Eryn Baker & Nikky Birk.
Nikky takes the lead when cooking and usually wears the head chef hat.
Eryn is the glue that holds everything together, and is constantly working to make sure all the details are worked out.
We will bring in close friends & family when we need an extra hand. If you're interested in working for us, please contact us.
Our Facilities:
The Birker Kitchen works out of a commercially licensed kitchen at the Sigma Chi Fraternity house, 548 South State Street in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
Our door for pickups is around the left side of the building off the parking lot. Because we work out of a private residence, we ask that you place an order, make an appointment, or contact us before you swing by.

committed to sustainability and zero-waste
We're working everyday on becoming as close to a zero-waste kitchen as possible.
Our garden out in the parking lot uses compostable cardboard & paper as raised bed filler, food scraps for compost, and vegetables grown from food scraps.
We recycle as much packaging as we can through Ann Arbor's curbside recycling program.
Eryn & Nikky are both ServSafe certified and have worked extensively with food allergies.
